By creating an account or using CareerGenie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

CareerGenie provides career readiness and productivity tools — resume assistance, AI interview practice, learning guidance, career mentoring, and analytics — for candidates, recruiters, enterprise, and education users. Business entity details will be added after legal review.

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your credentials.

Different account types (candidate, recruiter, enterprise, education) may have additional workspace-specific terms published from time to time.

• Provide accurate profile, resume, and career information.
• Use CareerGenie in accordance with applicable laws.
• Review and verify AI-generated content before submitting it to employers, institutions, or third parties.
• Do not upload confidential third-party information without authorization.

Uploaded resumes and profile content are processed to power personalized career guidance. Access is scoped to your account under role-based access patterns.

AI outputs are guidance, not guarantees. CareerGenie does not guarantee jobs, interviews, placements, admissions, hiring decisions, or salary outcomes. See the AI Disclaimer for details.

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the service.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Attempting to bypass access controls or role restrictions.
• Using CareerGenie to harass, discriminate, or defame.

CareerGenie subscription pricing is in Indian Rupees (₹, INR) only. Paid billing is not activated yet. When enabled, refund and cancellation rules will follow the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

CareerGenie, its interfaces, and content authored by CareerGenie are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded resumes and profile content. You grant CareerGenie a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.

CareerGenie is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerGenie is not liable for outcomes arising from use of AI-generated guidance, employment decisions, or third-party actions. Final limitation language is pending legal review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using CareerGenie at any time and request account deletion via the Data Deletion page.

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
