You can request deletion of your CareerGenie account and associated data. The automated data deletion workflow is not connected yet — requests are reviewed manually by our team until backend support is implemented.

1. What can be deleted
- Account data (profile, sign-in identifiers).
- Uploaded resume files.
- Parsed resume data and career profile.
- AI-generated insights linked to your account.
- Interview practice records.
- Job and learning activity history.
- Support and contact submissions, where applicable.
2. How it works today
Submit the form below. Requests are reviewed manually by the CareerGenie team. Once the automated deletion workflow is implemented, this page will describe timelines and confirmation.
3. What we may retain
Some records may be retained for operational, security, or legal reasons (for example, audit logs). Retention details will be finalized as part of legal review.
