CareerGenie offers Enterprise and Education engagements under contract-specific terms. This page is a placeholder to describe how sales contact and access provisioning work today. This is a product policy draft and should be reviewed before final public launch.

1. Contact sales is a request, not access
Submitting a Contact Sales request does not automatically grant Enterprise or Education access. Our team reviews each request and follows up before any engagement.
2. Access is granted after admin approval
Enterprise/Education access is provisioned only after a CareerGenie admin approves the engagement and activates the corresponding entitlements on your account or organization.
3. Custom pricing and terms
Custom pricing, invoicing cadence, seat counts, SLA expectations, and any deviations from the standard Terms of Service are handled in a separate written agreement.
4. Data handling in institutional contexts
For Education partners, student data is processed under the institution's own consent and governance. See the Privacy Policy for the general data-handling baseline.
5. No legal claim without a signed contract
Nothing on this placeholder page constitutes a legal offer, guarantee, or commitment. All Enterprise/Education terms are defined by the signed agreement between CareerGenie and the customer institution.
